After forcing myself to do some sort of physical activity last night, and then consuming my weight in chinese food, I can safely say that this is not my week. Three days of working out is still good but my food intake has been J U N K. And the worst part of it is,
ALL I WANT TO EAT ARE COOKIES. I think I'm going to try and make those oatmeal protein balls I keep seeing on pinterest that advertise that you will feel like you're eating mounds of cookie dough. That's a big statement to live up to, I hope Pinterest knows that!
Tomorrow's annual Weigh In and I hope it turns out a lot better than lasts weeks did!
